YOUR TASKS:

• Leadership and Responsibility: You will lead the Marketing & Communication department and take strategic responsibility for our marketing campaigns.

• Campaign Management: From planning to implementation – you will develop and manage print, PR, and social media campaigns.

• Teamwork and Collaboration: Together with our team and external agencies in graphic design, advertising, and photography, you will execute creative projects.

• Content Management: You will localize and optimize content for our company website.

• Creative Design: You will create engaging presentations and various documents.

• Training and Analysis: You will continually educate yourself in market research and conduct advertising success evaluations.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Qualification: A completed degree in Media and Communication Studies, Journalism, or a comparable qualification in the field of Marketing.

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the marketing or PR field.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent German skills, both written and spoken, with a strong sense of language and text accuracy.

• Creativity and Innovation: You are bursting with creative ideas and enthusiastic about innovative approaches.

• Team and Communication Skills: You enjoy working in a team and communicate clearly and effectively.

• Independence: You work independently and responsibly.
